Muneishi knives
The Muneishi factory was founded in 1955 by the grandfather of the current head of the brand, Kousuke Muneishi. When it first started, the company made gardening and farming tools. Muneishi is an expert at working with Aogami #2 carbon steel. This is the material used to make kitchen knives, which Kousuke started making on his own. Their most important feature is their perfect profile, and they are also very affordable. The blades are of exceptional quality, making them a good fit for both experienced users and beginners. The handles, which are oval-shaped, are made of black pakka wood or cherry wood and complement the knife's beautiful blade.
