The Higonokami Mizushibuki 7 cm Pink Aogami is a modern take on a traditional Japanese folding knife design originating from Hyogo Prefecture. Staying true to the original Higonokami concept, it features a simple friction folder mechanism and a slim, practical construction.
The blade is made from Aogami #1 carbon steel, known for its purity and ability to take a very sharp edge. With a hardness of 62–63 HRC, it offers reliable edge retention and precise cutting performance. The 7 cm blade length makes it suitable for detailed everyday tasks, light food preparation, and utility use.
The Mizushibuki pink handle adds a contemporary visual touch while maintaining the minimalist character of the knife. Lightweight and compact, this folding knife is easy to carry and intuitive to use, making it a practical everyday companion.
