The double-sided Naniwa Multi Stone 502/510 is the perfect combination of essential sharpening tools. One side is green and has a grit of 220 – it is used to repair very damaged and dull cutting edges. The other side of the stone (red) has a grit of 1000 and is used for basic, regular sharpening.
The unique and affordable sharpening stones from the Multi Stone Series are known for their excellent quality, for which the Japanese manufacturer Naniwa is famous. The abrasive material used in these stones is corundum (also known as aluminum oxide). The binder in these stones is relatively hard compared to others, making them very durable. Naniwa Multi Stone stones are primarily suitable for beginners who are looking for good sharpening stones. They offer excellent value for money.
