Payments

We process all transactions securely via Shopify Payments.

Accepted payment methods

  • Credit / debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express

  • Express checkouts: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

  • Depending on your location, additional local methods may appear at checkout (e.g., iDEAL, Bancontact).

Currency & charges

  • All prices are shown and charged in EUR (€).

  • If your card/account is in another currency, your bank or provider will apply its exchange rate and any fees.

  • VAT is included as shown on the product and checkout pages.

Security

  • Payments are handled by Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.

  • We use 3D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) where required.

  • We do not store your full card details on our servers.

When we charge your card

  • Most orders are authorized at checkout and captured when your order is confirmed for dispatch.

  • If an item cannot be fulfilled, the authorization is voided or the charge refunded promptly.

Shop Pay (express checkout)

  • Save your details with Shop Pay for faster checkout next time.

  • You’ll see Shop Pay as an option on the payment step when available for your region and order.

Problems at checkout?

  • Double-check your billing address matches your card statement.

  • Try another method (e.g., Apple Pay/Google Pay) or another card.
