Masashi Yamamoto Knives

Masashi Yamamoto started his workshop in 2013. This happened right after he finished his blacksmithing apprenticeship at Yoshikane Hamono, where he studied alongside his older brother Kazuomi. Despite his young age, Masashi-san makes very beautiful and functional knives.
It is interesting to note that he prefers to work alone. He forges blades by hand, grinding them, and attaching handles. Masashi is a knife maker who is currently working on his own. He lives in Sanjo, Japan. His blades are definitely worth paying attention to.
