The Sakai Kikumori Nihonko Honesuki – Maru Japanese Boning Knife has a strong 150 mm blade. Thanks to its small size and specially shaped tip, it is perfect for boning poultry.

The best-selling series of kitchen knives from Sakai Kikumori – Nihonko – is recommended for all chefs, as well as for those who need practical knives that stay sharp for a long time when cooking. Each blade is made from a single piece of Japanese carbon steel (mono-steel), and hardened to 63 HRC. The carbon content of the steel is 0.95%. They are easy to sharpen and very functional. Knives from the Sakai Kikumori Nihonko line have an ergonomic Pakka wood handle that is durable and aesthetically pleasing. After using these knives in the kitchen, remember to wash and dry them (they are not stainless).

Sakai Kikumori, a leading knife brand in Japan, was founded in 1926. It offers excellent tools for professional chefs and home cooks alike. The company builds on the wonderful, 600-year-old tradition of knife forging in Sakai, which is known as the main center of Japanese craftsmanship in this field. Working with outstanding blacksmiths and sharpeners, Sakai Kikumori offers a wide range of traditional Japanese-style knives, as well as modern Western-style knives.
