    The compact Fujiwara Nashiji Chef's Knife with a 150 mm blade is the epitome of functionality, ideal for precise work with smaller ingredients such as shallots, garlic, and mushrooms. The blade of this knife is the result of the masterful craftsmanship of Master Fujiwara, who recreates the blacksmithing traditions known from legendary samurai swords with incredible precision.

    Using the San Mai technique, Master Fujiwara creates a multi-layered blade that combines the strength of Japanese Shirogami #1 steel in the core with the flexibility of soft stainless steel on the outside, resulting in not only excellent protection but also flexibility, with a hardness of 64-65 HRC.

    The delicate and aesthetically crafted Nashiji blade, inspired by the subtlety of Japanese design, combined with an ergonomic, octagonal “WA” handle made of pale magnolia wood, ensures comfort and control during use. This work of culinary art not only makes meal preparation easier, but also brings a touch of Japanese spirit to your kitchen, becoming not only a tool, but also an exhibit of artistic craftsmanship.
