    The Yu Kurosaki Fujin Gyuto 21 cm is a professional Japanese chef's knife that combines precision, exceptional sharpness, and an original, hammered finish inspired by the wind. Gyuto is a versatile knife designed for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables, ideal for both professional chefs and cooking enthusiasts.

    The blade is made of SG2 powder steel core (Super Gold 2), which is distinguished by its extraordinary hardness of 63±1 HRC, guaranteeing long-lasting sharpness and excellent wear resistance. The core is surrounded by layers of stainless steel, creating a durable and functional San Mai construction. The unique Tsuchime hammered finish, inspired by the Japanese god of wind, Fujin, reduces food sticking to the blade and adds a unique character to the knife.

    With a blade length of 21.3 cm and balanced geometry, the knife allows for both precise chopping and dynamic cutting. The slim profile and sharp tip make working with meat and vegetables quick and convenient. The ergonomic rosewood handle, finished with a pakka wood ferrule, provides excellent grip and comfort, even during long periods of use.
