- Suehiro CERAX 1000 ceramic sharpening stone
- NIKA Sharpening Guide
Suehiro Cerax 320 is an exceptionally effective ceramic stone that cuts steel very quickly. Although this is not standard for this grit, sharpening with the Cerax 320 stone is very pleasant and easy (feedback). We recommend this stone especially for repairing chipped edges, broken tips, or creating a new cutting edge. Sharpening can be continued on the Cerax 1000 stone.
Suehiro Cerax 1000 is a fast and effective ceramic stone with a very high concentration of abrasive. The 1000 grit makes it the most versatile and universal sharpening stone. We recommend it for both regular knife sharpening and creating a new cutting edge. Sharpening can be continued on the Cerax 6000, Ouka 3000, or Rika 5000 stones. Cerax 1000 also increases the contrast between hard and soft steel (Hagane and Jigane), giving a Kasumi finish.
A special guide for sharpening sharpening stones ensures a perfect angle of approximately 15º during sharpening. An essential part of the sharpener. The part where the guide comes into contact with the stone is protected by a ceramic cap, ensuring the durability of the product. Before sharpening, the guide is placed on the back of the blade. Recommended for knives with a height of more than 2.5 cm.
