






The Muneishi Nakiri is a double bevel knife. It has an extremely thin blade that resembles a cleaver, and is perfect for chopping and slicing vegetables. This knife is designed for all chopping enthusiasts.
The highly regarded Muneishi series of kitchen knives is recognizable by its perfect blade profile. These knives are guaranteed to be of high quality, thanks to the use of a production technique called Warikomi. It involves using soft iron cladding surrounding a hard carbon steel core, called Aogami #2. Thanks to hardening, the hardness of the knife blade reaches a high level of 63-64 HRC. All Muneishi knives can also be sharpened very quickly thanks to hardening and heat treatment. They remain exceptionally sharp for a long time. The unusual, raw character of the knives is ensured by the black Kurouchi blade finish. The handle is oval and made of cherry wood, finished with a beautiful red ferrule.
Muneishi knives require care after each use. They should be washed and dried to prevent rusting.
