Takahisa Damascus Nakiri 165 mm
Nakiri is a Western-style knife with a double bevel, equivalent to the Japanese Usuba, which resembles a small cleaver in appearance. But, unlike a cleaver, it has a very thin blade, making it an ideal kitchen knife for chopping and cutting vegetables.
