Two different tooth patterns make this Ryoba saw ideal for cutting both along and across the grain. This makes it the most versatile saw, useful for carpentry and joinery work. The slightly thicker blade allows the saw to be used without a back, enabling deep cuts flush with the surface, without depth restrictions. The finer teeth near the handle make it much easier to insert the blade into the material. This ensures a progressive cutting force.
The classic series of Japanese saws manufactured by ZETSAW has a rattan handle and a replaceable blade. This makes it possible to quickly restore high sharpness, which cannot be said about the sharpening process (with such fine teeth, it would take a very long time!). It was this brand that introduced saws with replaceable blades to the market.
The series includes saws manufactured in standard versions, i.e., Ryoba, Dozuki, and Kataba. They are characterized by a thin blade (between 0.3 and 0.5 mm), as well as high durability and excellent sharpness.
